BANDAR PUNCAK ALAM

Puncak Alam is a main township in Kuala Selangor . It is located approximately 20 kilometers from Shah Alam, Selangor. Previously developed from a palm estate holding of FELDA Bukit Cerakah, this township started its initial development during the late 90's.

First launched with the estimated total area of 14,000 acres (57 km2) for the whole township, subsequent development sees the actual land parcel being apportioned and jointly developed with third party developers, resulting in the emergence of sub-townships within the vicinity under new names and concepts (such as Alam Perdana, Alam Jaya, Shah Alam 2, Ambang Suria), whilst the initially earmarked land area for Puncak Alam being significantly reduced in size.

The proposed development of Batallion 8, PGA Kubang Badak consisting of administrative office, staff quarters, sport centre and associated works.

The proposed land area designated for PGA located at Kuala Terengganu with an estimated size area of 104 acres.

Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Cheras

Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is a township in 9th-Mile, Cheras  (Batu 9 Cheras) in Selangor. It was named after the third Malaysian Prime Minister, Tun Hussein Onn. It is primarily a residential area.
